Refund Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
The short version
Credits never expire. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once you start spending a purchase’s credits, that purchase is final. Refunds are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the way you paid. The detail follows.
1. Credits
- Credits never expire. Buy them today, use them in five years.
- Within 14 days of a purchase, if you haven’t spent any of its credits, you can have that purchase refunded in full.
- Once you start spending the credits from a purchase, the refund right for that purchase ends. Spent credits are final.
2. How to ask for a refund
Email support@braindiverse.com from the address on your account, with the purchase date or receipt. You can also reach Paddle, our merchant of record, through the receipt they emailed you when you bought. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
3. What a refund does
On our side a refund is automatic and immediate:
- The unspent credits that purchase delivered are taken back. Your balance never goes below zero.
- An unused gift code bought in that purchase is cancelled.
- A subscription covered by that purchase ends immediately.
A partial refund takes back the matching share.
4. Gift codes
If a gift code you bought is refunded before anyone redeems it, the code stops working. If it was already redeemed, the credits are taken back from the wallet that redeemed them.
5. Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time: access runs to the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged. A refund is different — it ends access immediately.
6. Chargebacks
A chargeback through your bank is treated exactly like a refund: the same credits, codes and access are taken back. If you think a charge is wrong, email us first — it’s faster for everyone.
7. Your rights under local law
Some countries give buyers stronger refund rights than this page describes. Where that’s true, the stronger right wins — this policy never reduces what your local consumer law gives you.
